Average wait time is 3 weeks, but this estimate includes a bit of cushion. It will depend on the length of my waitlist, the number and type of recipes that you purchase.

I don’t recommend making adjustments on your own. It can be very easy to upset the nutritional balance that each recipe achieves. Even ingredients that appear similar can have enough of a nutritional or caloric difference to throw off that balance.
If adjustments are required after allotted after-care time, they may be made for an additional fee. Please contact me for further details.
After initial formulation, a list of ingredients will be shared to make sure that you are comfortable and can source the ingredients. Adjustments will be made until a consensus is reached.
Adjustments requested after the ‘After Care’ period will cost an additional fee, except for puppy formulations. You can reach out via email for pricing.
Yes! During intake you have the option of choosing what percentage of fresh food you would like to feed. If you would prefer to feed less than 20%, then check out our Commercial Enhancement Recipe options.
You can contact me with your original order number, and I can assist with finding appropriate replacements.

Recipes can be formulated with either option. Depending on the individual and circumstances, one may be better than the other, but the choice is often left to the owner’s discretion.
Whole foods can come up short in some nutrients, and when they do, supplements are a great way to fill that gap.
Along with the recipe(s) itself, you get a package that includes a grocery list, recommended prep tools, prep instructions and storage instructions.

Recipes are custom made for one individual dog, unless you are purchasing a pack recipe. To use the same recipe for different adult dogs, they would have to, at least, have similar calorie requirements and food tolerances, but each recipe is created based off a single individual so please consider the risks.
Fresh food can mean either raw or cooked.
Yes, typically communication is kept to emails, but if you prefer to speak over the phone or a video-call, please email to set an appointment for a fee.
